Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

MPC is seeking a dedicated Clinic Admin Assistant to join our team! We're looking for someone passionate to oversee clinical operations and ensure exceptional patient care.

The Maadi Psychology Center provides both psychological and psychiatric services for all major psychological and psychiatric disorders. All professional staff have international training and services are provided in English, Arabic, and French.

About the Vacancy:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, and a team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

Location: Sheikh Zayed

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and answer all inquiries from customers within the branch, via emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls.

2. Arrange services for customers, for example, booking appointments or arranging virtual sessions using our booking systems.

3. Receive payments and give receipts to clients, registering payments in daily log using our manual systems, as well as, the accounting software: ePayli.

4. Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

5. Work according to work rosters which include morning, middle, and evening shifts during weekdays, and sometimes on public holidays.

6. Adhere to the clinic's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

7. Organizing clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources.

8. Solving patient problems in a way that complements the mission of your clinic.

9. Quality: Understands and participates in the Health System's quality process and develops a physician office monitoring system to assure quality.

10. Communicating with clinic employees, including all medical professionals, fellow managers, directors, and executives.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in both English and Arabic (both written and spoken)

2. Bachelor's degree in either business, management or a related field of study

3. Ability to use MS Office.

4. Excellent organizational skills.

5. Taking ownership and having a high sense of responsibility.

6. Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.

7. Attention to detail and spotting errors.

8. Ability to do efficient scheduling.

9. Ability to handle clients problems or complaints
