Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Cairo, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting executives, managing clerical tasks, handling phone calls, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The role involves organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Clerical Skills and general office management
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with office software such as MS Office and scheduling tools
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
