Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities include managing schedules and appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records and files, and performing general clerical duties. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with executive-level administrative tasks and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
