We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Gulf. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
