Job Summary:
The Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing documentation, and assisting with logistics and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support HR and finance with documentation, timesheets, and procurement requests.
- Monitor office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating internal communications.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes for internal & external circulation and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 24 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably based in New Cairo.
