Job Description

Job Summary:

The Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing documentation, and assisting with logistics and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support HR and finance with documentation, timesheets, and procurement requests.
  • Monitor office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating internal communications.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes for internal & external circulation and record-keeping.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 24 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably based in New Cairo.
