This is not a traditional AI role.
This is about building intelligent systems that act, decide, and scale across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute the Agentic AI vision and roadmap
- Build and lead AI squads across engineering, data science, and product
- Design scalable AI platforms and agent-based architectures
- Establish enterprise-grade MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, model versioning, automated testing, deployment pipelines)
- Implement strong AI lifecycle governance (monitoring, drift detection, retraining, incident management)
- Drive production-grade deployment at scale (not pilots)
- Create reusable AI components, shared data pipelines, and standardized model serving patterns
- Set clear delivery governance and agile execution cadence (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ensure responsible AI, auditability, and performance controls across all initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or software engineering
- Proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale
- Strong hands-on understanding of MLOps and ML lifecycle management (model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining)
- Experience with enterprise AI architectures (data pipelines, feature stores, model serving, cloud/on-prem integration)
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams through managers
- Ability to build and scale AI platforms and reusable systems, not just isolated use cases
- Strong stakeholder management, bridging business needs with technical delivery
