Role: Agile Coach

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Agile Coach to accelerate Joveo's agile maturity across

engineering and product teams. You will work at the organizational level

— coaching teams, leaders, and processes — building a delivery culture

that is adaptive, collaborative, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach multiple teams and leaders on agile mindset, values, and practices

- Design and facilitate agile transformation workshops and training programs

- Assess team and organizational agile maturity and define improvement plans

- Introduce and customize scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) where needed

- Partner with engineering leadership to align delivery processes with business outcomes

- Measure coaching effectiveness through team health, velocity, and delivery quality metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Extensive experience as an Agile Coach working across multiple teams

- Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS frameworks

- Strong executive coaching and organizational change management skills

- Relevant certification (ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, or equivalent) strongly preferred

- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cultural change

- Track record of measurable improvements in team delivery and collaboration
