Job Description
Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong functional domain experience on platforms related to Business Banking, digital account onboarding, Global Transaction Banking , CRM products.
Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, process design, and cross-team collaboration.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
Conduct workshops elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and use case scenarios.
Validate solution functionality through testing, UAT coordination, and stakeholder sign-off.
Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Develop improved workflows, process maps, and business models.
Recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and use case scenarios.
Validate solution functionality through testing, UAT coordination, and stakeholder sign-off.
