Position: AI Content & Automation Specialist (AI Tools + Workflow + Systems)

Overview
We are looking for an AI-driven operator who can actively build, connect, and optimize systems using AI tools across our business.
This is not a content creator role.
This is a hands-on execution role.
What you will do
- Use multiple AI platforms (text, image, video, automation) to support real business operations
- Build workflows between tools (AI + CRM + email + social + website)
- Create repeatable systems (SOPs, prompt libraries, automations)
- Support content creation, but with a focus on performance and scalability
- Improve processes across marketing, internal operations, and digital channels
- Test and implement new AI tools to increase efficiency and output
- Track results and optimize based on data (conversion, time saved, output quality)
Required skills
- Strong practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)
- Ability to connect tools into workflows (Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar)
- Understanding of digital marketing systems (funnels, email, landing pages)
- Ability to turn ideas into working systems, not just concepts
- Analytical mindset (you look at data and improve performance)
This role is NOT for
- Social media managers only
- Pure content creators
- People who only know AI tools but have never implemented real workflows
