Proactively identify, scope, and propose opportunities for leveraging AI/ML (including GenAI, LLMs, NLP) to drive tangible business value across the company
Design, develop, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions addressing key business challenges such as financial forecasting, customer behavior analysis, product recommendations, IoT device analytics, and operational efficiency
Partner with Engineering teams to optimize data flows, particularly from IoT sensors, and develop embedded analytical capabilities
Ensure AI solutions comply with privacy, security standards, and ethical AI practices
Clearly communicate complex AI/ML concepts, solutions, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
Minimum 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML projects for diverse business functions
Expertise in Python or R for data science and ML development
Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, model versioning, CI/CD for ML)
