Role Description

AI Engineer | Full-time | On-site | Relocation support

USD 120,000 - 170,000 base salary (depending on experience, education and skill set)

The AI Engineer will design, develop and implement AI models and algorithms tailored to the company's industry-specific solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and training neural networks, developing natural language processing algorithms, implementing software applications and conducting pattern recognition analyses.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong skills in Computer Science and Software Development
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition within AI frameworks
• Ability to deploy AI tools in real-world settings and optimize their performance
• Experience in construction, engineering, or professional services industries is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities within multidisciplinary teams
