This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Amazon E-commerce Merchandising Store Manager in United Arab Emirates.

This role is focused on managing and optimising e-commerce presence across Amazon and other online marketplaces, with a strong emphasis on product listings, merchandising, and content quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are presented effectively, accurately, and in a way that maximises visibility, engagement, and conversion. The position requires a mix of analytical thinking, creative content development, and technical execution within e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with product and marketing stakeholders to enhance catalogue performance and maintain consistent brand presentation. Strong attention to detail and SEO awareness are key to success in this role. This is a fully remote opportunity within a dynamic, fast-growing international environment focused on delivering high-quality consumer experiences.

Accountabilities

  • Create, manage, and optimise product listings across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong merchandising standards.
  • Write, edit, and optimise product content with a focus on SEO performance, conversion rate improvement, and customer engagement.
  • Source, edit, and manage product imagery to ensure high-quality visual presentation aligned with platform requirements.
  • Use feed management tools to maintain and update product data efficiently across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor listing performance and implement improvements to increase visibility and sales performance.
  • Ensure all content adheres to marketplace guidelines and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and merchandising is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon listing creation is essential.
  • Experience working with product feed management tools and e-commerce catalog systems.
  • Solid understanding of product listing optimisation, content creation, and marketplace best practices.
  • Experience in SEO-driven content writing for e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to source and manage product imagery and visual content.
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong focus on execution and results.
