We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to support and enhance our Temenos Transact (T24) platform. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical troubleshooting with functional enhancements while ensuring system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Temenos Transact environments, ensuring high availability and SLA adherence
- Manage L1/L2 incidents, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements with hands-on development
- Develop and customize components such as Enquiries, Versions, Templates, Reports, and APIs
- Support and configure Arrangement Architecture (AA) and modules like FT, DC, and AC
- Work closely with business and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day banking operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working with Temenos Transact (R21 and above)
- Experience supporting Temenos in a SaaS/Cloud environment
- Strong Java development skills with TAFJ and Java extensibility
- Experience in developing T24 components (Enquiries, Versions, IRIS APIs)
- Good understanding of AA product customization
- Knowledge of banking systems and processes
