Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing management of CRM and e-commerce platforms across our business. This role will act as a key bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring successful system deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement across multiple branches.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of CRM systems, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Manage post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements
- Drive CRM adoption across teams and ensure effective utilization of features
- Support rollout and standardization of CRM across multiple branches/locations
- Oversee implementation and management of Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms)
- Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper system usage
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM implementation, IT projects, or business systems roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Sugar or similar)
- Exposure to Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a must
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
- Basic technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and data workflows is a plus
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in retail, distribution, or consumer goods industry
- Techno-functional background with both business and IT exposure
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
