Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant

Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounting Manager
Job Summary
The AR Accountant is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, monitoring customer accounts, and supporting the company's cash flow through timely collections.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and discrepancies
- Record and reconcile incoming payments (bank transfers, checks, cash, etc.)
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Prepare AR reports and aging analysis
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations regarding billing issues
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities related to AR
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
