Job Summary

BÖWE is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team, with a focus on architectural drawing production and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of proven experience in developing architectural drawing packages for residential, commercial, hospitalityand mixed-use lifestyle projects, supported by strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and proficiency in Revit.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents based on approved concept and schematic designs.
• Develop complete architectural drawing packages using Revit and related software.
• Create and manage Revit models and templates to support documentation, coordination, and presentation.
• Translate design intent into accurate, buildable, and code-compliant technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural, interior design, and engineering teams to ensure consistency and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Prepare shop drawings, permit submissions, tender packages, and documentation for authority approvals.
• Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and technical review sessions.
• Conduct site visits to support project implementation and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Maintain drawing quality and consistency through systematic self-review and adherence to CAD/BIM standards.
• Prepare design development drawings, material schedules, and technical reports.
• Support the Project Architect with client correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and documentation processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in architectural drawing production, including relevant experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, technical detailing, and applicable industry standards.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional work portfolio demonstrating architectural drawing production, technical detailing, and relevant project experience.

• Software and BIM Proficiency: Effective use of AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation tools.
• Materials and Environmental Design: Sound knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and environmentally responsive design principles.
• Presentation and Communication: Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, diagrams, visualizations, and client presentations.
• Problem-Solving and Project Delivery: Strong attention to detail, practical design judgment, effective teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
