Job Summary:
BWE is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drawing Production Architect to join our Riyadh team. This role is open who are currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama. Candidates should have proven experience in architectural drawing production, particularly in residential and high-end lifestyle projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents based on approved concept and schematic designs.
- Develop full Architecture drawings by using Revit and related softwares.
- Create and manage Revit, templates, and 3D models for coordination and presentation.
- Translate design intent into buildable, code-compliant technical drawings.
- Coordinate with internal design, interior, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Prepare shop drawings, permit submissions, tender packages, and authority approval sets.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes and local regulations.
- Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and technical review sessions.
- Conduct site visits to support implementation and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Maintain drawing quality and consistency through self-review and application of CAD/BIM standards.
- Assist in developing design development drawings, materials schedules, and technical reports.
- Document and support the project architect in client communication, minutes of meetings, and project correspondence.
- Support continuous improvement of internal BIM workflows and documentation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural drawing production.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, technical detailing, and industry standards.
- Prior experience in architectural projects, with familiarity in Saudi building codes and local authority regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
