Architect Engineer

Our client is looking for an Architect Engineer to join their design team, contributing to high-quality design solutions and collaborating with regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, concepts, and technical documents

• Support all project stages (concept to tender)

• Ensure compliance with SBC and local regulations

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

• Maintain quality standards and follow KSA regulations & MOMRA guidelines

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• PE/PA certification is required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in Hospitality, Mixed-use, Residential, or Commercial projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (Adobe is a plus)

• Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills

• Familiar with SBC and local approval processes

• Arabic & English preferred
