Khobar Head Office.
The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design experience, proven work with local consultancy firms in Saudi Arabia, and solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and
construction drawings.
- Prepare tender and authority approval drawings in compliance with Saudi
Building Codes and local regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to
ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.
- Manage projects from concept to construction stages.
- Provide technical and design support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 510 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and local authority
requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
