Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of preliminary measurements for architectural works and designs, to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Support the development of comprehensive tender documents for procurement processes.
- Assist in reviewing architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings to ensure alignment and resolve any design discrepancies.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job's specialty
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 24 years of experience in architectural design and development. (Architect)
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, Photoshop, or their equivalents.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
