We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our consultancy team and contribute to a major building development project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a keen eye for detail, ensuring design integrity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate architectural design documents.
- Assess and approve contractor shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 35 years of professional experience in building development projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards and construction processes.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
