Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architecture/Landscape Draftsman with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience to support our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, compliant, and high-quality landscape construction drawings for projects within the wellness, hospitality, and leisure sectors, with a focus on swimming pools and water features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed swimming pool and water feature drawings using AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Develop layout plans, sections, installation details, and waterproofing details for pools and water features.
• Produce construction details, material schedules, and related technical documentation.
• Revise and update drawings in line with design development and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and agreed timelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and technical reviews as required.
• Support the design team by maintaining organized drawing records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Landscape Draftsman or similar technical drafting role.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for landscape drafting is a Must.
• Working knowledge of Revit is preferred but not a must.
• Solid understanding of swimming pool and water feature systems.
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in luxury pools, spas, or custom water feature projects is an advantage.
