Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with experience in villa construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for villa construction projects.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

Preferred:

• Experience working with contracting companies in the UAE.
• Familiarity with authority submission drawings.
