Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure quality control, and support the successful execution of interior design and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the design and technical office teams to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality standards, safety regulations, and construction procedures.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and other documentation.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources efficiently.
- Identify potential issues and propose solutions to avoid delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in interior fit-out, finishing and architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing methods, materials, and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
