We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join our technical team, contributing to quantity surveying, coordination, and shop drawing production for complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update as-built and shop drawings, ensuring alignment with consultant feedback and project timelines.
- Maintain a shop drawing log and ensure timely submission and follow-up for consultant approvals.
- Coordinate closely with structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines to produce fully integrated shop drawings.
- Analyze building codes, bylaws, site conditions, and technical documentation to assess design implications.
- Conduct quantity surveying for architectural scopes and prepare accurate BOQs in both Arabic and English.
- Prepare and submit RFIs for unresolved or conflicting design information.
- Attend meetings with consultants and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Plan and layout interior design elements using CAD and 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Verify compliance with design specifications on-site and suggest corrections when needed.
- Assist in collecting data and site measurements to support drawing accuracy and technical documentation.
- Support the architectural team in reviewing materials, dimensions, and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in technical office work, preferably within large-scale construction companies.
- Proven experience in producing technical drawings, details, and coordinated layouts.
- Extensive experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of local codes, design standards, and government regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness to work from the head office or project sites.
