Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architecture Technical Office Engineer located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves developing and reviewing shop drawings, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), and coordinating between civil and electrical engineering tasks. The selected candidate will contribute to project planning, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with design specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings
• Strong skills in creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects
• Understanding of Architecture Engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts and implementations
• Experience and proficiency in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field is required
• Previous experience in the construction or fit-out sector is advantageous
• Preference will be given to residents of Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City, Giza, and the surrounding areas.
