Job Description
Design review and validation for all architecture sub-disciplines.
Review project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications .)
Building 3D REVIT models with different Standards.
Preparing RFI (Request for information), regarding any issue in the design, BOQ and Project specs.
Prepare, submit, and follow up the shop drawings, QS, and as built drawings.
Follow up with architectural consultant the design progress from schematic drawing till IFC document.
Ensure the implementation of the scope of work of different projects or different teams.
Coordinate with projects teams to exchange data and information.
Cooperate with the managers to develop the internal system and upgrade the team knowledge.
Lead and setup methodology which achieve the satisfied quality on right time.
Ensure that each project technical data delivered as required on time.
Support the development of new features and system requirements.
Coordinate & follow-up with the technical office of each project.
