Generic Accountabilities
1. Overall management of assembly QC section and quality activities
- Quality target, status, budget and employee safety
2. Vehicle Quality Control
- Set up new vehicle quality development procedure
- Vehicle evaluation and Quality meeting arrangement by each development phase
- Operate CFT organization and meeting for new vehicle quality improvement
- Operate regular vehicle quality audit to lead quality improvement
3. Process Quality Secure
- Manage suppliers and parts quality (problem investigation and improvement)
- Report deviations from quality standards with appropriate recommendations for improvement.
- Root Cause analysis: Identifying specific causes of defects or quality issues in production processes.
- Improvement actions based on analysis of data and processes.
- Perform specific quality tests (e.g., dimensional checks, functional testing) on products or materials
4. Training and Monitoring
- Train quality standards, inspection techniques and proper use of equipment for new employees
- Monitor production process for consistent quality and improvements
Job-Specific Accountabilities
Highly detailed understanding of quality standards, inspection process and testing procedures, and
compliance with regulations to ensure products or services meet the desired quality

Experience - Quality control experience in automotive company (over 10 years)
