Asset Control Accountant

Job Title: Asset Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update asset records within the ERP/system.

- Track asset movements including receiving, transfer, and disposal.

- Conduct regular physical inventory audits (monthly, quarterly, annual).

- Reconcile physical counts with system records.

- Prepare reports on asset status, discrepancies, and losses.

- Coordinate asset issuance and return processes with departments.

- Monitor maintenance and repair activities.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or damaged/missing assets.

- Ensure compliance with company asset control policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Logistics, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in asset management or inventory control.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
