Job Summary
The HR Generalist will support key human resources functions with a focus on recruitment and organizational development (OD). This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
2. Organizational Development (OD)
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and surveys
- Support performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles)
- Contribute to learning & development programs and training coordination
- Help in developing internal communication strategies
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance
- Assist in handling employee queries and basic employee relations matters
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of HR experience (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and OD concepts
- Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus
