Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Assistant role based in Giza, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as coordinating schedules, preparing and organizing documents, managing communications, and supporting various administrative duties. The role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to contribute to daily operations in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and filing
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in office administration or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
