We are seeking a highperforming consultant with approximately 3 years of experience in strategy or internal consulting, ideally within healthcare and/or workforcerelated initiatives. This role requires strong analytical rigor, structured problemsolving, and excellent communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on Excelbased analysis and PowerPoint storytelling.
The successful candidate will support strategic initiatives and human capital (HC) projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver datadriven insights and highquality executive deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by structuring complex problems and delivering clear, datadriven insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Support workforce and manpower planning initiatives, including capacity planning, by analyzing workforce data (e.g., headcount, cost, productivity) to inform leadership decisions
- Contribute to human capital-related projects such as operating model design, performance analysis, digitalization initiatives, and transformation initiatives
- Develop executiveready PowerPoint presentations with clear storyboarding and actionable insights, engaging crossfunctionally to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align on outcomes
- Manage assigned workstreams with strong ownership and accountability, ensuring accuracy, consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all project deliverables
Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (preferred) or internal consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles, with exposure to senior stakeholders and executivelevel deliverables
- Experience in healthcare, manpower planning, workforce, or human capital projects preferred
- Strong critical thinking, structured problemsolving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, scenario and cost analysis) and exceptional PowerPoint skills with strong executive storyboarding and visual clarity
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Arabic (spoken; read, and written) - mandatory
- High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, professional maturity, and confidence working in fastpaced environments with senior leaders
