Description

1. Mall Operations & Facilities Management

* Assist in managing all daily operational activities within the mall, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent visitor experience.

* Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and parking teams to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality at all times.

* Monitor and manage service provider contracts to ensure SLAs are being met.

2. Tenant Coordination & Relationship Management

* Serve as a key point of contact for tenants; support onboarding and fit-out coordination in collaboration with the Leasing and Projects team.

* Handle tenant queries, resolve operational concerns promptly, and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.

* Track lease compliance and assist with occupancy reports and renewals.

3. Customer Experience & Marketing Support

* Monitor footfall, customer feedback, and mall ambiance to identify areas for improvement.

* Assist in planning and executing in-mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

* Ensure signage, directories, and wayfinding elements are well-maintained and up to date.

4. Administration & Reporting

* Maintain records of tenant agreements, insurance, payments, and statutory compliance.

* Generate and present regular reports on mall performance, maintenance issues, tenant concerns, and occupancy rates.

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities related to mall operations.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

* Ensure adherence to all local regulations, safety standards, and company policies across the property.

* Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments with relevant teams.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.

* Experience: 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in mall/property management or retail operations, preferably with a real estate developer or retail asset owner.

Skills:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Problem-solving and stakeholder management

* Operational awareness and attention to detail

* Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi, SAP)
