Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support TEC's HQ functions and occasional local market operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers, local HR Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience aligned with TEC's strategic goals and culture.
Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment across the region and support overseas hiring when required, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity across the GCC.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in recruiting for corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, IT, Sales).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is Mandatory.
