Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Dubai. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily tasks, managing schedules, organizing documents, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role may also involve coordinating meetings, managing administrative tasks, and providing support across various departments as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of office software and tools such as Microsoft Office or similar programs
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various tasks
  • Experience in administrative or support roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
  • Arabic and English Language required
