Responsibilities
- Develop sales for commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, site inspections to signing new business
- Engage with prospective and existing clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Engage with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authorities
- Create and implement pre-opening marketing plans with peers and the leadership team
- Actively participate in networking events and functions

Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of sales experience selling Corporate Workplace solutions, Commercial Real Estate, or Hospitality Sales (B2B)
- A network in the commercial real estate, office, or serviced office market is a plus (but not a pre-requisite)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to engage with prospective and existing clients
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
