Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales for commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, site inspections to signing new business
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Engage with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authorities
  • Create and implement pre-opening marketing plans with peers and the leadership team
  • Actively participate in networking events and functions

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 years of sales experience selling Corporate Workplace solutions, Commercial Real Estate, or Hospitality Sales (B2B)
  • A network in the commercial real estate, office, or serviced office market is a plus (but not a pre-requisite)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills to engage with prospective and existing clients
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
