Job Description

ADSS is a successful retail and institutional brokerage based in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Support

  • Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support lead generation and lead conversion through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on basic client inquiries and direct more complex requests to the senior team.

Client Relationship Support

  • Build initial relationships with new clients to understand their basic needs.
  • Provide simple guidance and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients and escalate issues when needed.

Sales & Business Development Assistance

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks such as preparing client lists, tracking leads, and supporting campaigns.
  • Participate in promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and company events when required.
  • Contribute to improving the overall client experience with a positive and proactive attitude.

Learning & Development

  • Take part in internal training to learn the basics of FX and CFD products.
  • Develop communication and sales skills through coaching and team support.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning and growing within the financial services industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Experience

  • No prior experience required.
  • Any internship, volunteer work, or university activities related to sales or customer service is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport with clients.
  • Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic interest in financial markets and willingness to develop product knowledge.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to use CRM tools is a plus.
