Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Support
- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support lead generation and lead conversion through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on basic client inquiries and direct more complex requests to the senior team.
Client Relationship Support
- Build initial relationships with new clients to understand their basic needs.
- Provide simple guidance and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients and escalate issues when needed.
Sales & Business Development Assistance
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks such as preparing client lists, tracking leads, and supporting campaigns.
- Participate in promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and company events when required.
- Contribute to improving the overall client experience with a positive and proactive attitude.
Learning & Development
- Take part in internal training to learn the basics of FX and CFD products.
- Develop communication and sales skills through coaching and team support.
- Show enthusiasm for learning and growing within the financial services industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Any internship, volunteer work, or university activities related to sales or customer service is a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport with clients.
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic interest in financial markets and willingness to develop product knowledge.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to use CRM tools is a plus.
