Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Audit Manager. The Audit Manager will lead financial audits, oversee the accuracy of financial statements, and ensure all accounting and financial practices comply with regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing audit strategies, performing risk assessments, evaluating financial performance, and advising on process improvements. The role also entails mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve departmental objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Financial Audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, with the ability to oversee and evaluate financial processes
• Expertise in Financial Statements preparation and review
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess financial data and support decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certified qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong understanding of local regulatory compliance and international audit standards
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
