You'll work with real-world ATC and pilot audio recordings, converting spoken communications into accurate, labeled transcripts that train next-generation AI models.

What You'll Do
- Transcribe real-world ATC and pilot audio recordings with high accuracy
- Label speakers, callsigns, clearances, instructions, and readbacks
- Correctly capture aviation-specific terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
- Apply structured transcription guidelines consistently across tasks
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
- Meet quality and accuracy benchmarks for each submission
Who You Are
- Genuinely interested in or familiar with aviation and ATC communications
- A sharp listener — able to parse fast-paced, noisy, or heavily accented audio
- Detail-obsessed and committed to accuracy in every transcript
- Comfortable following structured formatting and annotation guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No professional aviation credentials or AI experience required
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with aviation radio communications (as a pilot, controller, enthusiast, or sim operator)
- Familiarity with ICAO phraseology and aviation callsign formats
- Prior transcription or audio annotation experience
