Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive to join ATOM Media Production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Success in this role means consistently achieving sales targets, expanding the client portfolio, and helping position ATOM Media Production as a trusted media production partner for businesses.

This role plays a key part in the company's growth by connecting brands with our creative media solutions including video production, advertising content, and digital media services.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities with companies and brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.

Present ATOM Media Production services and solutions to potential clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Track sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.

Attend meetings, networking events, and industry opportunities to generate leads.

Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

35+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in media, advertising, marketing, or creative services.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to build relationships with business clients and decision-makers.

Excellent presentation and proposal preparation skills.

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
