About the Role

Teleperformance is launching a brand-new account in New Cairo and is seeking enthusiastic, English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-growing, people-first environment. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and KPIs.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• English proficiency: B2 to C1 level

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work rotational shifts

• Cairo or Giza residents

• Open to graduates and undergraduates
