Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Call Center Agent based in Giza. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer support, resolving banking inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting clients with account-related issues. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for day-to-day success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and support skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Basic to advanced computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage both individual and team performance metrics effectively.
