Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Qesm El Zamalek. The Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, preparing food items, managing customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café. This role also involves engaging with customers, taking orders, providing memorable customer service, and ensuring satisfaction through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage crafting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for creating a welcoming environment and engaging with customers
• Customer service abilities to ensure a high-quality dining experience
• Basic food preparation knowledge and adherence to food safety standards
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Previous experience in similar roles or food service is a plus
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for food, beverages, and customer satisfaction
