Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in New Cairo. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and engaging with customers to provide exceptional service. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to food preparation and safety standards, managing supplies, and contributing to an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and crafting specialty beverages
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a genuine ability to connect with customers
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive customer experience
- Experience in Food Preparation, with attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Time management skills and attention to detail when managing orders and inventory
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or food service is a plus
