Job Duties:
- Greet customers and help them feel welcome.
- Consult with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
- Recommend products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Demonstrate the proper use of various beauty, hair, and skin care products.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Cross-sell beauty products when appropriate (e.g., serums, body lotions, hair care products).
- Identify client needs and goals, and assist them in finding and selecting suitable products.
- Advise clients on proper skin and hair care routines.
- Manage stock levels and ensure the presentation of products is visually appealing.
- Plan and participate in store events to engage clients and boost sales.
Requirements:
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
- A strong passion for the beauty industry.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A friendly personality and professional appearance.
