Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in dubai .The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) and ensuring they effectively support architectural and construction projects. Daily tasks include developing architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, managing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The role demands collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient designs and models.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies
- Experience in creating Construction Drawings and managing Submittals
- Proficiency in developing and coordinating detailed design documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and similar BIM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Prior experience in BIM workflows and project coordination is an advantage
