Responsibilities:
- Knowledge & experience in working with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks software's.
- Conducting the Model Health Check and Clash Reports for the received Models.
- Capability & experience in extracting various Schedules from the progressive Models.
- Initial Review of BIM Documents (e.g. BIM Execution Plan etc.) received from the Contractor, prior to forwarding them to the BIM Manager for final review.
- Lead Weekly BIM Progress Meetings and Preparing the MOM's.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM standards, Employer's Information Requirements (EIR), and BEP.
- Manage and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and ensure accurate model version control.
- Perform model audits to ensure geometry accuracy, proper naming conventions, and parameter consistency.
- Coordinate with structural and civil engineers to verify that earthworks, utilities, and foundation elements align correctly with design intent and site conditions.
- Review model-based design changes and update coordination models accordingly.
- Verify that survey data and topographical inputs are correctly referenced and coordinated in BIM models.
- Assist in implementing ISO 19650-compliant BIM workflows and documentation.
- Support integration of GIS data with BIM models for large-scale infrastructure coordination.
- Assist in automation workflows using Dynamo, Python scripts, or Revit APIs to improve model efficiency.
- Regular follow-up with the Contractor on the overall BIM activities & related progress.
- Preparing Dynamo Script & Power Bi tools for checking the Federated Models.
- Assisting the Close-out process during final handing-over of As-built models to the End-user.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a strong trades background coupled with a recognized BIM qualification.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in BIM for Infrastructure and Building projects.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP interfaces in substructure and earthworks.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, Navisworks Manage, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Recap.
- Familiarity with Point Cloud to BIM workflows and Reality Capture technologies
- Knowledge of 4D & 5D and BIM processes is an advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure (runways, utilities, pump stations, etc.) is preferred.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards (PAS 1192, ISO 19650).
- Experience with coordination of multi-disciplinary design and construction teams.
- Strong communication and Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to short deadline.
