Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with extensive experience in infrastructure projects focusing on dry and wet utilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects related to dry and wet utilities.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for utility systems, including water, sewer, and electrical networks.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and workflows.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on modeling progress.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-18 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of dry and wet utility systems design and standards.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to infrastructure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
