Job Title: BIM Modeler – Mechanical / Electrical (HVAC & Plumbing)

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced BIM Modelers to join our growing team and support MEP projects with accurate, coordinated, and high-quality models. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver clash-free, standards-compliant BIM models aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Model ducting, chilled water (CHW), drainage, and associated equipment

• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and builders work drawings

• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams

• Ensure models comply with BEP, project standards, and LOD 300/400 requirements

• Extract BOQs and quantity take-offs from BIM models

• Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and consultant feedback

• Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

• 3–6 years of BIM experience (MEP projects preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices

• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP

• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination

• Good understanding of LOD 300/400 standards

• Familiarity with UAE codes and authority requirements is an advantage

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility:

• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
