This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Branch Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising inventory management, enhancing operational efficiency, implementing company policies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate staff
• Operational skills, including inventory management and implementing company policies
• Customer service and communication skills to maintain a positive relationship with clients
• Strategic thinking and sales management experience to achieve revenue targets effectively
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical retail or branch management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
